BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a diligent Loan Officer in the Bauang La Union area to actively solicit microfinance loan accounts while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality.

You will analyze applicants, initiate credit and collection activities, and coordinate with colleagues to process and service loan accounts, ensuring adherence to policies and superb customer service. The role emphasizes sales execution and responsiveness to client inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• With high integrity.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.
• Willing to be assigned in Bauang La Union area.
