Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and high credit quality. You will deliver excellent customer service and engage in proactive sales activities.

The role focuses on soliciting MSME loan accounts, evaluating loan eligibility, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth processing and servicing. A four-year or five-year degree is preferred, with fieldwork/sales experience an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge is needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers/units for processing and servicing loan apps.
• Review loan files and agreements for credit processing adequacy.
• Execute sales/marketing activities to hit volume targets.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Micro,Smalland Medium Enterprisesis responsible forachieving loan volume targets whilemaintainingprofitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Activelysolicitmicrofinance loan accounts to meet the business needs of the customer
• Analyze overall loan applicant’s qualifications todeterminefeasibility of granting loans
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts
• Coordinate with concerned officers and/or other units related to processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients
• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course /Bachelor's DegreeHolder
• Possesses good selling,communicationand customer service skills.
• Musthave basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing& spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle
