Job summary

Philippines is seeking a Credit/Lending Officer to market and generate loans within the target market while aligning with the bank's lending directions.

You will assess client financials, validate statements, and prepare loan recommendations, ensuring complete credit information and risk assessment before approval and disbursement. Travel to client sites is expected for evaluations and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field (preferred) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed lending decisions.
