• Market and generate loans based on assigned target market and bank's lending directions.
• Evaluate clients' financial needs, validate business and financial statements, and prepare loan recommendations.
• Ensure all credit information is gathered, risks assessed, and loan applications go through the proper approval process.
• Oversee loan documentation, registration, and disbursement.
• Continuously monitor loan accounts, ensuring timely repayments and account maintenance.
• Identify early signs of problem loans and initiate appropriate remedial actions or restructuring.
• Maintain up-to-date credit folders and transfer accounts to the Remedial Management Department (RMD) when needed for further action.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field (preferred) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine banking regulations and lending practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed lending decisions.
• Goal-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team setting; willing to travel for client evaluations and training/workshops.
