Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Acquire and develop new business clients requiring commercial and business loans.
• Evaluate and process loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and prepare credit analysis reports.
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and ensure compliance with internal and external lending policies.
• Structure loan proposals and recommend appropriate financing solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitor and manage the performance of existing loan accounts, ensuring timely repayments and addressing delinquent accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Credit and Collections, to ensure efficient loan processing and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or business loan processing, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and lending procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loans and financial services is an advantage.
