The incumbent will manage journal entries, monthly reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring while ensuring compliance and accuracy. A proactive, detail-oriented professional will contribute to audits and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Financial Management or related course.
• 2-3 years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Recording journal entries for receipt of loan proceeds and disbursement of repayments.
• Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliations of loan accounts to confirm balances with lenders.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Track outstanding debts and upcoming cash outflows to support treasury management.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on outstanding debt, interest payments, and covenant compliance.
• Internal Controls: Maintain strong internal controls over cash and debt management.
• ECL: Address Expected Credit Loss where applicable.
• Other related tasks.
