Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group in the Philippines to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and credit quality. You will build relationships with DepEd Principals, Teachers and Employees and handle inquiries from clients and internal units.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in sales/marketing, and knowledge of Salary Loan products; strong negotiation and strategic selling skills are preferred.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer ser-vice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees
• Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
