Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional in the Philippines to generate Salary Loan accounts and achieve sales quotas.

The role involves building strong relationships with DepEd school principals, teachers, and employees, and identifying new production-related client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing with strategic selling and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan Products.

• Generating quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with DepEd Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Identifying potential clients for production related activities.
