Job summary

East West Insurance Brokerage in Taguig, part of East West Banking Corporation, is seeking an Account Officer to join our hybrid team at the corporate level. You will build strong client relationships and drive non-life insurance sales while coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners to deliver excellent service.

We look for a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in non-life insurance, and outstanding communication and customer service skills.

As an Account Officer, you will be responsible in supporting business development efforts by building strong client relationships, driving insurance sales, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Ensure efficient end-to-end client service while collaborating with internal teams and insurance partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What the role will entail

• Sell non-life insurance products to assigned business source
• Cross-sell or Up-sell other non-life insurance products outside the requirement of the Bank
• Establish and strengthen close relationship with Store Managers (Branch Heads) and Relationship Officers of Branch Banking Group
• Communicate directly with clients that are not referred by the branches and offer other non-life insurance products

What we're looking for

• 3 years of work experience with non-life insurance broker and insurance companies.
