East West Insurance Brokerage is seeking an Account Officer in Taguig with hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on selling non-life insurance products, building strong client relationships, and driving cross-selling opportunities.

You will collaborate with internal teams and insurance partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting business development and branch banking initiatives.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Business related degree is an advantage.
• 3 years of work experience with non-life insurance broker and insurance companies.
• With excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Team player, analytical, and results oriented.

Responsabilités

• Sell non-life insurance products to assigned business source.
• Cross-sell or Up-sell other non-life insurance products outside the requirement of the Bank.
• Establish and strengthen close relationship with Store Managers (Branch Heads) and Relationship Officers of Branch Banking Group.
• Communicate directly with clients that are not referred by the branches and offer other non-life insurance products.
