Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years experience as Account Officer or in corporate/commercial lending.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, risk management and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit and develop new client relationships aligned with business targets and strategic priorities.
• Proactively manage existing relationships to grow, maintain, or exit accounts as appropriate.
• Maximize profitability by deposit generation and optimal fund deployment.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain complete and updated account documentation and relationship housekeeping.
• Support ROCE targets for the division and enable fair distribution of sales targets.

In this role, you will acquire and manage new and existing client relationships to support the Bank's growth objectives. What the role will entail

• Actively solicit and develop new client relationships aligned with business targets and strategic priorities

• Identify high-return lending opportunities while maintaining prudent risk management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer in commercial or corporate lending, preferably in a mid- to large-sized bank
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, risk management, and market trends
• Effective communication, client management, and data analysis skills
