Job summary

East West Insurance Brokerage in Taguig, part of East West Banking Corporation, is seeking an Account Officer to join our hybrid team at the corporate level. You will build strong client relationships and drive non-life insurance sales while coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners to deliver excellent service.

We look for a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in non-life insurance, and outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business-related degree an advantage.
• 3 years of work experience in non-life insurance broker/insurer.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sell non-life insurance products to assigned business source.
• Cross-sell or up-sell other non-life insurance products.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with Store Managers and Relationship Officers.
• Communicate with clients not referred by branches to offer other non-life insurance products.
