Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to support the management of integrated marketing campaigns and client relationships. You will handle day-to-day account activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution of strategies and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in an advertising agency and five years in related roles, with strong communication and presentation skills to drive client satisfaction and successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in an advertising agency is required, with at least five (5) years of overall working experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong client servicing and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and visit clients as needed.
• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients and account team on project status.
• May serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client.
• Support data research and analysis for brand/marketing strategy alternatives.
• Prepare Ad briefs through client accord and data analysis.
• Participate in establishing and presenting advertising plan direction.
• Ensure account and project management are aligned and executed timely.
• Maintain regular communications with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Help manage the Client's budgets and work within them.
• Participate in monthly team financial meetings.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Under moderate direction, effectively support the management of integrated marketing campaigns and execution of strategies. Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts and relationship building. Work within significant limits and authority on assignments of higher complexity and coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

• Manage day to day client relationships, visiting clients where needed.
• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients and account team on the status of projects.
• May serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client.
• Support various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/MKT communication strategy.
• Prepare Ad brief through client's accordance and data analysis.
• Participate as team member in establishing and presenting advertising plan direction
• Ensure account and project management are continually aligned and executed timely and accurately.
• Maintain regular communications with cross functional teams and clients.
• Help account manager to manage the Client's budgets and work within them.
• Active participation in monthly team finance meetings.
• Supporting role for the budget controller within the account team.
• Support new client development and competition PT; identify and share industry's status, client's changes and other information continuously.
• Support proposing to expand current client's MKT budget; collect information on market trends and competitor's trends.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
