Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Account Manager in Taguig (BGC), Philippines, to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will stay informed on e-commerce trends and work to maximize cross-team collaboration through branding and live streaming initiatives.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or marketing, familiarity with branding and live streaming, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Submit a plan to TikTok/Brand and seek advertising/coupon support.
• Coordinate with live broadcast group manager on promotion days and product portfolio.
• Relay official feedback from the brand/TikTok to the team.
• Confirm next day's live broadcast schedule with team leader and provide feedback to the brand.
• Sync live broadcast time changes with the brand and explain reasons.
• Attend weekly team leader brand meeting and coordinate with E-commerce manager for reports.
• Serve as lead point of contact for account queries and requirements.
• Maintain current client relationships and identify new potential clients.
• Contact potential clients and establish business relationships.
• Support team members in ongoing campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing market research.

Job description

We are looking for a highly coordinated Account Manager as the first point of contact of a new potential client when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. To ensure success as an Account Manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Ultimately, a brilliant Account Manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Submit a plan to Tiktok/Brand and seek advertising/coupon support
• Communicate with the live broadcast group manager to inquire about the promotion day product portfolio, free gift requirements, collect needs, and communicate with the brand
• Inform the manager and live broadcast group host the official feedback from the brand and Tiktok for execution (including discount information, gift benefits, discount time, etc.)
• Confirm the next day's live broadcast schedule with the team leader every day, and provide feedback to the brand
• Synchronize the live broadcast time changes to the brand in a timely manner and feedback the reasons
• Weekly team leader brand meeting, and coordinate E-commerce manager to participate in the report
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them

• Must be familiar with branding and live streaming.
• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.

• Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
• With at least 1 years experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field and/or in Shopee, Lazada and another livestream platform is a plus.
• Completion of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
