MPP Meat Import Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team. This full-time role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across assigned accounts.

You will manage a portfolio, develop account strategies, present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, sales or B2B business development.
• Strong account strategy development and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet targets while managing multiple accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills balancing client needs and profitability.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of the meat import industry is desirable.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts and maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand revenue from existing clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and end-users within assigned accounts.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes and product information to clients in response to specific requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing whilst ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor account performance, track sales metrics and report progress against targets.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and product teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve client issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to maximise product adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
