Job summary

MPP Meat Import Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team, drive performance, and build strong customer and key account relationships. The role focuses on achieving targets and expanding market presence through strategic planning and fieldwork.

You will monitor performance, coach the team, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong background in sales operations, account management, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to use a motorcycle for field work, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market coverage.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor sales activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
