MPP Meat Import Corporation is seeking an on-site Sales Executive in Pasig with 1-3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. The role focuses on driving revenue across residential, commercial, and industrial markets within the solar PV installation sector.

Responsibilities include generating leads, meeting clients, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, ensuring project implementation, and managing collections. The position offers full-time status and commission-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in solar PV installation sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target sales revenue and profitability from residential, commercial, and/or industrial markets.
• Generate qualified leads through fieldwork, digital outreach, and networking.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing based on project specifications while ensuring profitability.
• Close deals and secure signed proposals/contracts.
• Update sales tracking tools and report progress to management.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure timely project implementation.
• Provide updates to clients, owners, or their representatives.
• Address any issues or concerns arising during implementation.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
• Manage collections and ensure timely payments
• Coordinate with accounting for progressive billing.
• Follow up on receivables and ensure collection of payables.
• Guide clients on available payment modes including bank and online transfers.
• Submit necessary documents for payment completion.
• Market intelligence and reporting.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Monitor competitor pricing and offerings.
• Submit weekly sales, leads and collection updates.
