Matimco, Inc. seeks a Mastercraft Account Manager to drive growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.

Ideal candidates have strong connections in construction and design industries, a proactive business development mindset, and a valid driver’s license. Location is Bagbaguin, Caloocan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong lead generation and client engagement experience in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and able to drive a car.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified leads for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.
• Generate new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, networking events, and industry channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
• Maintain accurate lead databases and CRM records.
• Engage clients via calls, emails, and meetings; convert leads to quotations and appointments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
