Job summary

Matimco, Inc. in Bagbaguin, Caloocan is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify leads for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.

You will build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, engaging with architects, designers, developers, and contractors to understand project needs and timelines. You will coordinate with the Sales Designer and Team to move qualified leads into quotations and appointments, aiming for at least a 30% conversion rate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related, Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant course.
• Relevant sales experience in lead generation, client engagement, business development, or sales within construction/cabinetry/interior design is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and able to drive a car.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Existing network of architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and property developers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and source qualified leads for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.
• Generate new business opportunities through online platforms, social media, referrals, networking events, property developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other relevant channels.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and overall project potential.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, CRM records, and prospect information.
• Engage and nurture prospective clients through calls, emails, messaging platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
• Convert qualified leads into quotation requests and scheduled client appointments with the Sales Designer or Sales Team.
• Achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate from endorsed qualified leads to quotation requests and/or client appointments.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Technical Teams to ensure the timely preparation of quotations, proposals, and other client requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on leads regularly to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
