Job summary

Gothong Southern is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive freight revenue growth in the Philippines. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining corporate clients, managing the complete freight process from booking to delivery, and delivering competitive quotations to secure bookings.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to market intelligence via client feedback and competitive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 5+ years of sales experience (any industry).
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain or logistics sales.
• Proven track record in corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive freight revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
• Manage the end-to-end freight cycle from booking to delivery or container withdrawal.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations, with timely follow-ups to secure bookings.
• Process and complete Shipper’s Agreement Forms (SAF) for clients requesting credit terms.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, Land Transport, Finance, and Data teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support Finance in resolving Accounts Receivable (A/R) issues, especially overdue accounts.
• Actively acquire new clients (minimum of 4 new accounts per month).
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business.
• Provide market intelligence including customer feedback and competitor insights to management.
