Job summary

Gothong Southern is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive freight revenue growth in the Philippine market. You will own client acquisition, retention, and account expansion while managing the full freight cycle from booking to delivery.

The role requires building strong client relationships and presenting competitive quotations to secure bookings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Data to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain or logistics sales.
• Proven track record in corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive freight revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
• Manage the end-to-end freight cycle from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations, with timely follow-ups to secure bookings
• Process and complete Shipper's Agreement Forms (SAF) for clients requesting credit terms
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support Finance in resolving Accounts Receivable (A/R) issues, especially overdue accounts
• Actively acquire new clients (minimum of 4 new accounts per month)
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business
• Provide market intelligence including customer feedback and competitor insights to management
