MKA Philippines is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee the full set of accounts and ensure financial accuracy across multiple business units. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax requirements, and the ability to work onsite in Bulacan/Quezon City.

You will manage the general ledger, perform month-end close, and prepare reports for management. Excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax requirements.
• Proficiency in English.

Finance Supervisor (Bulacan, Quezon City)

We are hiring for a results-driven Finance Supervisor with a strong passion for financial accuracy within a multi-industry organization. This expert will be managing general ledger functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving pricing strategies across diverse business units (BUs).

Key Responsibilities

Handle the full set of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Perform month-end and year-end closing within required deadlines.

Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.

Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government agencies when required.

Support management with financial information and analysis.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.

Good knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.

Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English.

Willing to work full-time onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Willing to travel and report to our offices in Bulacan and Quezon City as needed.
