Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop, Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, oversee staff, and ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.

You will prepare financial statements, monitor internal controls, coordinate audits and regulatory reporting, review reconciliations, and mentor the accounting team to sustain accuracy and efficiency. Onsite role with occasional overtime during critical cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, budgeting, tax compliance, and audit coordination and completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP, or similar).
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; overtime and weekends may be required during busy periods.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City (Full Onsite).

• Maintain the Accounts, Job List, New Store Customer and New Store Supplier Card Creation.
