MMC Constructions Incorporated on-site in Makati seeks an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee financial reporting, payroll, and compliance. The role demands strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on supervision of AP/AR and reconciliations.

The candidate will prepare monthly statements, budgets, and forecasting while ensuring regulatory adherence and data integrity. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, SQL).
• Strong computer skills; MS Excel with advanced formulas.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large data sets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize work.
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting certification (CMA or CPA) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows).
• Manage accounts payable/receivable; oversee invoices, payments, and collections.
• Develop and maintain sales and margin reporting.
• Payroll processing and related compliance.
• Budgeting and forecasting on monthly/quarterly/annual bases.
• Permit processing and tax compliance support.
• Maintain financial systems and data accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure proper accounting records.
• Produce reports for management and stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Financial Statement Preparation: To prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: To manage and supervise accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections
• Developing and maintaining sales and margin reporting
• Payroll Processing: To prepare and review with payroll processing and related compliance
• Budgeting and Forecasting: To prepare monthly, quarterly, annually, budgets and forecasts
• Permit Processing: To prepare documents and apply for various permits such as business permit, building PTI & PTO, and etc.
• Tax Compliance: Ready and prepare with tax preparation and compliance
• System Maintenance: To maintain and update financial systems and software
• Accounting and Reconciliation: To perform and supervise accounting tasks, reconcile accounts (bank reconciliations, etc.), and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Data Management: Maintain updated and accurate records of financial transactions and data
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Process Transactions: Process financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and adjustments
• Reporting: Prepare reports and provide financial information to management and other stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Identifying and implement process improvements in accounting and finance areas
• Performs other tasks that as required by the company

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbook, Xero, SAP, SQL)
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, law and regulations
