Job summary

FoodSHAP® in the Philippines seeks an Account Executive based in Muntinlupa to grow and manage corporate client relationships.

You will lead prospecting, prepare presentations, coordinate training schedules, and drive renewals and upsells with marketing support. On-site collaboration is required.

Bachelor’s degree and experience in B2B sales or training preferred; familiarity with food safety a plus and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and account development.
• Sales and negotiation experience in B2B or training/services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities; CRM proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate multiple client accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality/Education, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in training/education/food.
• Knowledge of or interest in food safety or regulatory standards is a plus.
• Willingness to meet clients on-site in Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads from corporate and institutional clients.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate training schedules with internal teams and CRM records.
• Prepare contracts and monitor renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with clients during post-training follow-up.
• Travel as needed for meetings and training activities.
