Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to represent Hunter Douglas in showrooms and build strong relationships with developers, clients, and industry professionals.

You will drive lead generation, organize product presentations, and ensure a seamless client journey from initial contact to delivery, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to maintain project timelines and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Interest in interior design is an advantage.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Face of FGI

  • Represent the company with confidence and credibility when engaging with developers and clients

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of FGI’s business objectives, SOPs, and product portfolio

• Drive Lead Generation

  • Actively generate and qualify leads

  • Organize and facilitate product presentations, showroom and visits

• Manage the Client Experience

  • Present Hunter Douglas with precision, highlighting product benefits tailored to client needs

  • Ensure timely and complete submission of all necessary documents while communicating updates professionally and positively

• Lead After-Sales Coordination

  • Oversee every stage of the client journey - ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

  • Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and storage solutions in close collaboration with developers, marketing, and upper management

  • Ensure efficient project execution by proactively addressing challenges and maintaining clear, timely communication

Job Qualifications
