Job summary

Focus Global Inc. seeks an Account Executive for Hunter Douglas to bring automated shading and premium window styling to life. You will establish client relationships, generate opportunities, and manage end-to-end service—from technical presentations to project execution.

You will collaborate with developers, architects, interior designers, and high-end residential clients. You will also participate in market analysis, contract reviews, and strategic planning to drive growth and maintain brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; interior design/architecture is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, luxury service, and communication skills.
• Strong time-management for multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as Company & Brand Face to clients, mastering Hunter Douglas specs.
• Lead generation: proactively prospect and build pipeline.
• Present tailored sales proposals and coordinate with designers to win bids.
• Review contracts to ensure alignment with SOPs.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery from measurements to installation.
• Attend site meetings for motorized systems wiring and integration.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and support.
