You will build relationships with developers, architects, and designers, presenting technical product specifications and driving project bids from initial contact through installation. This role emphasizes market analysis, contract reviews, and end-to-end service, including quotations, measurements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; interior design/architecture background is a plus but not required.
• Strong negotiation, luxury customer service, and clear communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the Hunter Douglas brand with clients; present technical specs and product portfolios.
• Prospect, generate leads, and manage end-to-end sales from quotation to installation.
• Coordinate showroom presentations, private events, and designer collaborations.
• Review contracts to ensure alignment with SOPs and project scope.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, interior designers, and high-end clients.
• Provide exceptional post-sale service and support with measurements, orders, and follow-ups.
• Analyze market trends and feed pipeline insights to Senior Management.
• Support marketing in trade shows and brand events.
