Job summary

Philcopy Corporation is recruiting for an On-site Sales Associate in Makati. The role targets fresh graduates with a BSBA Marketing or Mass Communication background and involves selling the company’s range of products, field work, and client demonstrations.

You will grow product knowledge, participate in trainings, and build professional relationships with customers while supporting the sales team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and candidate must graduate of BSBA Marketing or Mass Communication.
• Sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
• Computer knowledge (Windows/MS Office) is a must.
• Willing to be trained and to do field work.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company’s range of products.
• Cold canvass all establishments in the territory, introduce and sell the product lines.
• Arrange and conduct demonstrations of the company’s products.
• Prepare request for quotation, proposals, and necessary documents.
• Close sales and monitor collections/payments.
• Arrange delivery and installation of equipment and training of end-users.
• Maintain rapport with clients for repeat business.
• Attend to client needs, requests, and complaints and refer to the appropriate department.
• Prepare daily itineraries and sales activity reports for Management.
• Participate in Sales meetings and training sessions.
• Stay updated on product information and market conditions.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to sales SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Selling the company’s range of products.
• Cold canvass all establishments in the territory, introduce and sell company’s product lines
• Arranges and conducts demonstrations of the company’s range of products;
• Prepares request for quotation, proposals and necessary documents;
• Closes sale and monitor collection/payments.
• Arranges delivery and installation of the equipment and training of the customer’s end-user.
• Maintains rapport with clients even after sales to enhance harmonious business relationship thereby encouraging more sales for future requirement;
• Attends to existing client’s needs, requests, complaints, concern, etc. and be able to refer them to concerned personnel/department for immediate attention;
• Prepare daily itineraries and sales activities report for Management;
• Participates in Sales Meetings, Sales Training Sessions and Exhibits as required;
• Study latest product information and market conditions;
• Continually update product knowledge ;
• Continually study and improve Sales Techniques/Strategies;
• Maintain a professional image at all times by properly observing the sales SOP.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager
• Candidate must graduate of any course ; with BSBA, Marketing or Mass Communication course
