Job summary

Worldwide Resource Solutions seeks an Account Management Specialist to create, upload and submit candidate profiles across VMS platforms and to enter requisitions into Salesforce. You will verify profiles against Salesforce pages and scrub data to ensure accurate syncing between systems, while communicating with Account Managers for missing information and performing routine data quality audits.

Qualifications

• At least college level; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in US voice campaigns in the BPO industry is required.
• Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with VMS systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC.

Responsibilities

• Creating, uploading and submitting profiles in various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Verify candidate profile matches the job applicant page in Salesforce.
• Review job requests sent by Account Managers via email and enter them into Salesforce.
• Cross-check and scrub jobs pulled from the VMS to ensure accurate syncing.
• Fix data errors, missing fields, and discrepancies between systems.
• Marking hot jobs in the Salesforce
• Communicate with Account Managers when information is missing or unclear.
• Perform routine audits to maintain data accuracy and quality.
