Business Systems Analyst – Sales Insights and Analytics
This role is responsible for working across multiple departments to support business process implementation and redesign initiatives that optimize operations related to reviewing Sales Accounts data in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Update and conduct ad‑hoc or batch updates on Salesforce accounts according to Sales Rules of Engagement; perform ETL processes to update data.
- Manage project tasks, cooperate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with leaders across different departments to develop requirements, build relationships and prioritize tasks.
- Review existing sales data to ensure integrity and accuracy, extracting, reviewing, and updating data using various tools.
- Conduct business process analysis and improvements on current rules/policies to define sales data/accounts and oversee their updates.
- Develop and document process workflows that improve team efficiency and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Translate business rules and processes into clear visual workflows.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business process design, documentation, or related work.
- At least 2 years experience as a Systems or Configuration Analyst.
- Intermediate Python skills for data analysis and wrangling.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Salesforce (preferred).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling sales data via Salesforce.
- Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and presentation skills for data interpretation and decision support.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Hadoop, Salesforce, Tableau).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Salesforce reporting knowledge.
- Willingness to work a morning shift (6 am–3 pm Manila) and in a hybrid setup (10–11 days in office per month). “Hybrid setup” includes Cubao or Ortigas locations.
