KMC Solutions is hiring a SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST to safeguard CRM data integrity and support data-driven decisions. You will run Salesforce reports, manage Excel data, and collaborate with the Sales Operations team on ad-hoc projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, testing new Salesforce features, and cross-team communication.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Salesforce experience, proficiency in Excel, and a relevant Bachelor's degree. Remote collaboration skills and SaaS exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on Salesforce experience, Administrator or Super User preferred.
• Experience with master data extraction, validation and maintenance in Salesforce.
• Experience creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Data integrity: review audit reports and correct inaccuracies.
• Flag data issues to drive automation preventing inconsistencies.
• Run reports in Salesforce and manage data in Excel.

This role with be instrumental in preserving the integrity of the data within our CRM, Salesforce.com. This data drives business decisions and determines compensation for Sales employees, so accuracy is required. This role will run reports to identify data inconsistencies and work to correct those inconsistencies, interface with Sales reps to understand the data, will collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to assist in testing new functionality, and aid in developing new projects as needed. There is potential to grow in this role and learn more about the setup of our Salesforce.com implementation and take on more responsibility across all the previously listed areas.
