Job summary

GA HR Consultancy Inc. is seeking a SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE to generate new business, engage prospective clients, and support sales and marketing initiatives for a growing solar and renewable energy company in the Philippines.

You will help with prospecting, client meetings, and promotional activities while developing your career in a fast-growing industry. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work on-site in Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, or Lead Generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.
• Interest in solar energy and renewables.

Responsibilities

• Generate potential customers through prospecting, referrals, online inquiries, social media, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Reach out to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Present and promote the company's solar products and renewable energy solutions.
• Follow up leads, customer inquiries, quotations, and ongoing sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, site visits, and other sales activities.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
