• Manage invoices, receipts, and payment processing with accuracy and attention to detail
• Process supplier payments and monitor customer collections to ensure timely transactions
• Maintain filing systems, documentation, and handle email correspondence efficiently
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding accounting and administrative matters
• Manage BIR tax compliance for Withholding Tax (WHT) and VAT, ensuring accurate computation, timely filing, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support audit activities and month‑end closing processes
