Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Technician, Access Control to participate in the development and maintenance of security technology infrastructure. The role ensures that hardware, OS, software, and related procedures meet organizational standards to securely enable staff and partners to perform duties.

You will support operations teams and handle provisioning, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of security systems.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in customer services, preferably in security, IT, electronics, automation or related fields.
Experience administering security technologies including Access Control, Security Alarm Systems, and Key Management Systems would be an advantage.
Education: College Diploma or Bachelor Degree with relevant qualifications in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manages and maintains the Security Alarm, Access Control, Key Management, Radio communications systems and other security system aspects.
Performs daily operational activities including Moves, Adds and Changes for devices; administers security services, devices and sites.
Resolves outages and coordinates with vendors; reports status to supervisor and manages problem ownership.
