LTVplus is hiring a Medical Billing Specialist to support ABA therapy services. This remote role, based in the Philippines, focuses on accurate data entry, correct CPT coding, and timely claim submissions to Medicaid and commercial payers.

You will handle denials, authorizations, and payment posting while collaborating with a global Revenue Cycle team. The ideal candidate has ABA healthcare billing experience, strong Excel basics, and excellent communication alongside organizational skills to

• Medical Billing Specialist with experience in ABA therapy or behavioral healthcare.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance claims.
• Experience with billing clean claims and payer requirements.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with accountability and teamwork.
• Willingness to be trained in other Revenue Cycle segments.

Responsabilidades

• Enter data accurately across multiple systems.
• Identify and address issues before they become problems and propose solutions.
• Correct and resubmit denials for billing errors.
• Review immediate rejections from the clearinghouse.
• Ensure patient demographics, authorizations, CPT codes, and claim details are correct.
• Bill claims using FIFO to prevent backlogs and meet deadlines.
• Obtain prior authorizations.
• Post payments.
