Job summary

Kreeayt BPO Corporation is seeking an experienced ABA Billing & Administrative Specialist to manage the full ABA billing cycle, including insurance claims, authorizations, payment reconciliation, client documentation, and administrative support for timely billing operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Central Reach and Motivity, knowledge of HIPAA, and the ability to review therapy sessions for billing readiness while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with ABA billing and healthcare billing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ABA billing using Central Reach.
• Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Review therapy sessions and clinical documentation to ensure services are ready for billing.
• Track, investigate, and resolve denied claims and AR issues.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage; monitor authorizations.
• Post payments and perform payment reconciliation; maintain accurate records.
