Job summary

LTVplus is hiring a Medical Billing Specialist to support ABA therapy services. This remote role, based in the Philippines, focuses on accurate data entry, correct CPT coding, and timely claim submissions to Medicaid and commercial payers.

You will handle denials, authorizations, and payment posting while collaborating with a global Revenue Cycle team. The ideal candidate has ABA healthcare billing experience, strong Excel basics, and excellent communication alongside organizational skills to

• Medical Billing Specialist with experience in ABA therapy or behavioral healthcare.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance claims.
• Experience with billing clean claims and payer requirements.
• Basic Excel knowledge.

• Willingness to be trained in other Revenue Cycle segments.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately across multiple systems.
• Identify and address issues before they become problems and propose solutions.
• Correct and resubmit denials for billing errors.
• Review immediate rejections from the clearinghouse.
• Ensure patient demographics, authorizations, CPT codes, and claim details are correct.
• Bill claims using FIFO to prevent backlogs and meet deadlines.
• Obtain prior authorizations.
• Post payments.

The client is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care through individualized treatment plans and a family-centered approach.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and reimbursement process to ensure accurate and timely claims submission, follow-ups, and payment processing. He/she will support the national billing needs of the Billing and Collections department. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of medical billing procedures, and experience working with healthcare payers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Billing Specialist, preferably in ABA therapy or behavioral healthcare

Responsibilities

• Enter data into various locations while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.
• Identify and address concerns before they become problems and propose solutions to concerns.
• Correct and resubmit claims denied for billing errors.
• Review immediate rejections from the clearinghouse.
• To ensure completeness and accuracy, he/she will be responsible for patient demographics, authorizations, correct CPT codes, and all claim details before submission.
• Bill claims using the First-In / First-Out methodology to prevent backlogs and meet weekly and monthly deadlines
