Job summary

Secret 6, a dynamic game studio, is seeking a skilled 3D Generalist Artist to join our AAA team and help create high-quality assets for immersive experiences.

You will design and optimize hard surface models, environments, props, and organic assets using Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, and related tools, while collaborating with concept artists and leads to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AAA game development experience.
• Strong background in art, design, or related field.
• Realistic, high-fidelity hard-surface modeling techniques.
• Proficiency with Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer.
• Ability to deliver hard-surface, props, environments, and organic assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and create high-fidelity 3D assets for AAA games.
• Optimize assets for real-time rendering while maintaining realism.
• Develop clean topology, UVs, and texture maps.
• Collaborate with concept artists and leads on direction and gameplay needs.
• Support multiple art areas and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in reviews, implement feedback, and stay current with industry trends.
• Communicate progress to leads and project managers.
