Keywords Studios Plc. is seeking skilled artists in Metro Manila, Philippines, to take on complex art creation tasks and provide guidance to team members. This role combines artistic responsibilities with elements of leadership, where you will contribute to project success through effective communication and project management.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in creating 3D art assets for AAA titles and proficiency in software like Maya and Unreal.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in creating 3D art assets for AAA titles.

Responsibilities

• Study and interpret client brief and specifications.
• Assist in effort estimation for new work.
• Contribute to pre-production by collecting references.
• Help establish clarity in asset creation workflow.
• Create high quality error free 3D assets.
• Deliver files as per client specifications.
• Undertake the creation of benchmark assets.
• Provide direction to artists.
• Help with troubleshooting on the project.
• Participate in team meetings with ideas.
• Communicate status of work to Lead and PM.
• Ensure work is completed within budgeted effort.

Skills

3D environment creation skills

Proficiency in Maya, Max, Photoshop, zBrush

Experience with Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Blender

Knowledge of Game Art pipeline, Realtime shaders, Unreal and Unity

Attention to detail

Good communication skills
