Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an HR 3P Vendor Management Specialist to drive third-party staffing for stores, ensuring compliant, cost-effective solutions aligned with warehouse needs.

The role focuses on vendor relationship management, onboarding/offboarding of 3P workers, performance analytics, and governance across outsourcing partners, with an emphasis on process digitalization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in vendor management, HR operations, or manpower outsourcing.
• Experience managing third-party staffing vendors in retail, FMCG, or logistics preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Extensive knowledge of labor laws in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendor-related escalations across the warehouse department.
• Train warehouse managers and HRBPs on vendor protocols and compliance.
• Manage relationships with third-party manpower vendors and SLAs.
• Align 3P manpower deployment with store staffing plans and seasonal needs.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of 3P workers and coordinate timely training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate staffing needs to vendors.
• Champion digitalization of vendor management processes (dashboards, portals, e-signatures).
• Establish KPIs and SLAs for vendor performance and improve SOPs.
• Monitor SLA data like fulfillment, absenteeism, turnover; implement improvements.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews with 3P vendors.
• Ensure vendor adherence to labor laws and safety standards.
• Coordinate with HRBP and Legal on investigations.
• Maintain audit-ready contracts and deployment docs.
• Provide guidance to managers on vendor management best practices.
• Monitor vendor billing accuracy and cost trends.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for 3P manpower costs.
