Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to support its ESOC. You will monitor security systems, triage incidents, document events, and coordinate escalations to protect people, facilities, and business operations.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and remain calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This role requires onsite work on rotating shifts in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Security Operations or related field and SOC exposure.
• Experience in 24/7 operations environments and strict procedures.
• Proficient in English and local language, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, alarms, CCTV, and dashboards in real time.
• Receive and triage security incidents via multiple channels.
• Assess, triage, and escalate incidents per procedures.
• Document incidents, actions, and outcomes in systems.
• Coordinate responses to emergencies and maintain situational awareness.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity.
• Follow security policies and confidentiality requirements.
