Job summary

First Datacorp is hiring for a project-based Data Center Operations role based in Makati City. The candidate will perform daily health checks and monitor data center assets, ensuring uptime and performance of servers, networks, and applications.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 1–2 years in data center operations, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule. Familiarity with SolarWinds and ITSM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Data Center Operations.
• Able to work a 24/7 schedule.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Background or experience with ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily health checks of Data Center, security, file server, RPA Bot, networks, and other assets as scheduled.
• Monitor performance and capacity of computer systems (hardware, software, network, telephony) and alerts.
• Oversee data center assets and cabinets in branches for tracking information.
• Configure monitoring setups and manage endpoints in monitoring systems.
• Perform issue analysis and troubleshooting per SOPs.
