Digital Edge Data Center in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, operations and corporate roles across Indonesia. You will partner with business leaders to attract and hire top talent in a fast-growth data center environment.

You'll own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding, while building strong employer branding and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in data center / infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Proven experience hiring in the Indonesia market.
• Strong sourcing capability for technical and niche roles.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Indonesia talent market and hiring landscape.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented recruiter with strong ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Indonesia (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding support).
• Define hiring needs and recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Deliver against hiring targets within timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Advise business leaders on hiring trends and market insights in Indonesia.
• Influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and regional TA teams.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche roles.
• Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry engagement.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Promote employer brand in Indonesia and ensure high-touch candidate experience.
• Support branding initiatives, campus hiring, and events.
• Maintain records in ATS and recruitment systems; ensure compliance.

What we need:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the rapid growth of our Indonesia data center operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across technical, operations, and corporate functions.

You will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce in a competitive market, ensuring strong employer branding and an exceptional candidate experience.

This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Delivery

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Indonesia (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support)
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies
• Deliver against hiring targets within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring trends, talent availability, and market insights in Indonesia
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional TA teams

Sourcing & Market Mapping

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche roles (e.g., data center operations, engineering, construction, critical facilities)
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry engagement
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Promote Digital Edge’s employer brand in Indonesia
• Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support local branding initiatives, campus hiring, and industry events

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment systems
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies

The successful candidate:

• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in:
• Data center / infrastructure / telecommunications or
• Industrial, construction, or mission-critical environments
• Proven experience hiring in Indonesia market
• Strong sourcing capability for technical and niche roles
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Deep understanding of Indonesia talent market and hiring landscape
• Proactive, solutions-oriented recruiter with strong ownership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
