Business Hub Asia is seeking a Partnership Intern to support its international partnership network. You will engage with overseas partners, coordinate onboarding, and assist with cross-border content and co-branded events.

This paid internship, based in Jakarta Selatan with a hybrid work setup, offers exposure to business development, KPI tracking, and collaboration with global teams across Southeast Asia.

Formación

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business, International Relations or related fields.
• Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) with high proficiency for overseas partner contact.
• Proactive and communicative with international contacts.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong tracking skills.
• Self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Nice to have: experience in business development, partnerships, international relations or community management.

Responsabilidades

• Research and prospect international partner prospects (foreign chambers, associations, cross-border consultants).
• Initiate outreach to prospective partners via email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, NDAs, program explanations, and internal handoffs.
• Engage existing partners with content collaborations and cross-promotions.
• Plan and execute co-branded webinars and online events with global partners.
• Maintain and update the partner tracker/database with contact details and status.

Support the Digital Marketing team in developing and managing an international (cross-border) partnership network. In this role, you will interact directly with international partners and stakeholders across different countries.

Responsibilities

• Research & Prospecting: Identify and research relevant international partner prospects (e.g., foreign chambers of commerce, international business associations, cross-border consultants, trade agencies, and industry communities).
• Outreach & Communication: Initiate outreach and cold contact with prospective international partners via email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging.
• Partner Onboarding: Coordinate the partner onboarding process, including managing NDAs, explaining partnership programs, and introducing partners to relevant internal teams.
• Partner Engagement: Conduct regular follow‑ups with existing international partners to encourage content collaboration, article publications, and cross‑promotions.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing co‑branded webinars and online events with global partners (scheduling, topic alignment, and technical coordination).
• Database Management: Maintain and continuously update the partner tracker/database (contact details, outreach status, and agreement progress).

Qualifications

• Final‑year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business, International Relations, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (Written & Spoken): High English proficiency is mandatory as you will serve as the primary point of contact for overseas partners.
• Proactive & Communicative: Comfortable initiating cold outreach and maintaining follow‑ups with international contacts.
• Organized & Detail‑Oriented: Strong administrative and tracking skills using spreadsheets and documents.
• Self‑Driven: High agility, proactive mindset, and the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Nice to Have: Prior experience in business development, partnerships, international relations, or community management, as well as exposure to cross‑cultural work environments or study abroad experience.

• Work Setup: Hybrid (Office Location: Plaza 3 Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan)
