MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable shopping experiences. You will engage guests warmly, maintain brand standards, and ensure every visit to our retail space is comfortable and enjoyable.

The role requires at least 6 months in retail, a High School Diploma or GED, and you must be 21 or older. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with benefits and career development opportunities.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.00

The Day-to-day

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping
• Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management

The Ideal Candidate

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in retail sales and cash handling is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
