Samudera Indonesia in Bandar Lampung is seeking a Sales & Marketing staff to join our logistics team. You will coordinate shipping documents, monitor container movement, and support customers with pricing and proposals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Experience in logistics is preferred but not essential.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in Sales/Marketing in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); other languages an advantage.
• Solid understanding of shipping and basic costing & pricing.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide realistic solutions to customer issues.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare reports on idle containers and operational metrics.
