PT SOECHI LINES Tbk in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Quality & Process Improvement Specialist to lead SOP development and drive continuous improvement across the business.

You will develop SOPs from scratch, manage approvals, and update them to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 while supporting audits and awareness activities. Fluency in English is required, and experience in energy or maritime transport sectors is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in SOP management and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling methodologies.
• Analytical skills to identify gaps and develop improvement recommendations.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Develop SOPs from scratch and manage the process through finalization and approval routing.
• Manage and regularly update the company’s SOPs to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Improve operational efficiency by optimizing existing business processes.
• Provide business process improvement recommendations to enhance quality and productivity.
• Ensure employees have a good understanding of the company’s SOPs and business processes.
• Support the implementation of SOPs and quality standards across all divisions.
• Support and actively participate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 awareness activities.
• Provide support in the preparation and execution of audits and management reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SOP management and business process improvement.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and develop improvement recommendations.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Good understanding of industry standards and practices in the energy and maritime transportation sectors.
• Good communication in English, both spoken and written.
