Samudera Indonesia is seeking an experienced Vessel Operation Staff to oversee daily ship operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and analyze performance data. You will manage principal relationships, align business proposals with market trends, and support business development while coordinating with internal teams to keep clients satisfied.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping agency operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in operations and/or commercial roles in shipping agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Transportation/Logistic, Business, Maritime Studies, or related fields.
• Knowledge of vessel operations and marine services preferred.
• Knowledge of export/import policies and laws with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel or be based anywhere in Indonesia as needed.
