Job summary

PT SOECHI LINES Tbk, a leading maritime group, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Asset Management Unit. You will ensure accurate vessel utilization reporting, budgeting, and investment analysis to support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics/Management, at least five years in Finance with people management, and strong skills in forecasting, costing, and budgeting.

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with managerial experience.
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, investment, profit/loss, and OPEX analysis.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight schedules.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in costing, budgeting, and business forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and timely reports on vessel utilization, budget, and revenue.
• Prepare management reports on operational performance, cash flow, and forecasts.
• Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects and vessel purchases.
• Supervise payroll and budgeting processes for ship management and docking.
• Evaluate docking budgets, tender submissions, and cost justifications.
• Develop and monitor KPI performance for fleets.
• Lead and guide the Asset Management and Payroll teams to achieve reporting targets.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure reliable and timely reports on vessel utilization, budget, and revenue.

Prepare management reports on operational performance, cash flow, and forecasts.

Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects and vessel purchases.

Supervise payroll and budgeting processes for ship management and docking.

Evaluate docking budgets, tender submissions, and cost justifications.

Requirements
